Guided hours in interface critique, systems thinking, and delivery-ready specs
Ultronnex Academy trains designers, developers, and product managers to align interface intent with what ships — through cohort-based studios, not slide-only webinars.
Signals from recent cohorts
Mixed metrics — not a tidy quartet — because honest programmes generate uneven evidence.
Inclusions — spelled out
Interface critique sessions, wireframe-to-prototype practice, and collaboration drills with delivery-shaped briefs — not generic “design thinking” gloss.
Live review blocks
Facilitators interrupt politely — the way senior designers do when a flow is ambiguous.
Traceable artefacts
Annotated files you can drop into Notion, Jira, or your internal wiki.
Cohort accountability
Small groups so you cannot hide — peers notice when a state is missing.
Career-facing language
Coaching on how to describe trade-offs in interviews without sounding vague.
01 — Delivery rhythm
Five beats we repeat so muscle memory forms — numbering intentional, not decorative.
Name assumptions before pixels.
Map states, not just happy paths.
Challenge wording and affordances.
Write acceptance criteria engineers recognise.
Summarise decisions without theatre.
Programmes open for enquiry

ViewFrom our cohorts — uneven by design
Mixed lengths, mixed formats — some glowing, some pointed.
The Applied UX Research Sprints playback template made our sprint review intelligible to execs who never join interviews—finally a bridge between clips and decisions.
Wireframing course—annotation sheet is gold.
UI Systems & Token Governance: governance charter exercise felt like real work, not slides. 4.8/10 on our internal trainer scorecard (we use a 10-point rubric).
Prototype lab pushed us to script failure before polish—uncomfortable week, fewer surprises in lab.
Specification & Developer Handoff gave us a shared checklist. Still noisy in Slack, but the “open questions with owners” column cut thrash.

Quick clarifications
Do you run private sessions for internal teams?
Yes — scoped separately. Public cohorts remain our default for individuals and small groups.
Are tools included in the fee?
Licences for third-party software are not included; we publish minimum versions before day one.
What is explicitly out of scope?
Executive storytelling, brand marketing campaigns, and pure front-end engineering courses — we stay on interface evidence and collaboration mechanics.
